The members of Meijers’ management team still regularly visit clients and therefore still have their feet firmly on the ground. This typifies our enterprising work ethos. Our managers follow the Meijers Academy programme, where, amongst others, we provide training in enhancing managerial skills and the coherence of the group.
Meijers is characterised by a dynamic and direct culture, where employees are encouraged to develop themselves both within and outside of their area of expertise. For that reason, our employees follow courses, workshops and study programmes. In consultation with our staff, we look for the most suitable learning solution, which differs from person to person. In some cases, we offer bespoke coaching programmes. Our staff are professional, and they fulfil the requirements of the Wft (Dutch Financial Supervision Act).
